Susan Rolfe, Managing Director of Exceptional Care and Think Tank Academy, is a successful entrepreneur with a difference. Among her many awards such as the Innovation award from Edge Hill, two corporate awards for better Health and Social care, her latest achievement is being shortlisted for the prestigious, Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2023.

She opened her first home in 2014, and with the support from her team, she grew the business to seven children’s care homes, helping hundreds of children turn their life around. At just 26, she had the highest position you could have in the care sector (private), which was an outstanding achievement.

Care and compassion are in her DNA; donating and supporting charities, food banks and underprivileged families, raising money through competitions to win experiences, empowering families and mentoring businesswomen to success.
